Packaging take-back

Information for end consumers on the return of packaging under § 15 (1) sentences 1 to 5 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) – for deliveries by ATP Service & Consulting GmbH and PB Solutions GmbH.

Under the Packaging Act, we are obliged to take back, free of charge, the transport packaging in which we deliver our products to you. This obligation also covers reusable packaging. We take back such packaging free of charge if it is used, emptied packaging of the same type, shape and size as we carry in our range.

Packaging does not belong in residual waste but back in the economic cycle. Returning it ensures environmentally sound recycling in line with the Packaging Act and makes it easier to meet the recycling requirements.
