Polystyrene · high-impact polystyrene
PS/HIPS
General-purpose and high-impact polystyrene – rigid, easy to process and thermoformable, for packaging, trays, housings and garden and furniture applications.

We turn single-grade plastic waste – from PIR and PCR streams – into industrially usable raw materials in large volumes and consistent quality. Alongside polyethylene (HD), polypropylene and polyolefin mixtures, we also process polystyrene, where we are among Europe’s leading suppliers.
Our customers receive reliable regranulates for extrusion and injection moulding that replace virgin material, conserve resources and make their raw-material supply plannable in the long term.

BPM develops, produces and markets high-quality regranulates and regrinds from PIR and PCR streams for extrusion and injection moulding – from polyethylene (HD), polypropylene, polyolefin mixtures and polystyrene.

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene
ABS is impact-resistant, dimensionally stable and has a high-quality surface – for housings, electrical and household appliances.
Polypropylene
Polypropylene is light, tough and chemically resistant – for white goods, vehicle interiors, bumpers and construction.
Polyolefins
Polyolefins are light, chemically resistant and highly versatile.
High-density polyethylene
HDPE is robust, impact-resistant and chemically resistant – typical for containers, crates and pipes.
Polyvinyl chloride
PVC is durable, weather-resistant and dimensionally stable – known from window profiles and pipes.
We also offer our know-how and production capacity directly as a service – from contract processing to finished regranulate and recompound.

Natural PP for transport crates
From single-grade PP streams we produce a light, natural-coloured regranulate that our customers process into robust transport and reusable crates. Because the material is not pre-coloured, the crates can be coloured in different shades during injection moulding.

Single-grade PP streams, carefully pre-sorted and freed from metals and contaminants.
Grinding, regranulation with melt filtration and homogenisation into natural PP with consistent properties.
An injection-mouldable regranulate that can be coloured to the desired shade via masterbatch – for durable transport crates.
